Sauté onion and spices add tomatoes (if fresh tomatoes, skin and chop) and wine. Simmer until sauce is thick. Add shrimp, cook for 5-7 mins. until done. Add feta, stir until most has dissolved.
Optional, add feta sprinkles, parsley before serving.
Serve with loaf of fresh Italian bread
